Happy Fathers day to the best dad in the WORLD!!
and Happy Birthday to the best dad in the WORLD!!
tomorrow is my dad's birthday, so instead of making 2 cakes I did a double duty cake.
He wanted lemon cake AND 3 layers. Well father dearest you have 3 layers 2 of which are lemon and 1 is basic yellow, with lemon curd filling and cream cheese frosting.
the tie is chocolate fondant and white gum paste. The lawn mower and man consists of chocolate fondant,candy cut to look like wheels a bent sucker stick for the handle and gum paste body and clothes.

I love you bigger then the sky, further then to the moon and back!

For my Father In law.
It's a yellow layer cake with lemon curd filling.
Cream cheese frosting and chocolate writing and edging.
The tie is made with chocolate fondant and white gumpaste.

Brackstons Birthday cake

Brackston is turning 12
omg did I just say 12?? Where has the time went seems like just yesterday he had his shades on for his first 4th of july.

I made him a brownie ice cream cake. He is leaving to go spend some time in Idaho, so I had to do a hurry quick cake. I hope you don't mind the lil blue flowers.
Bottom is brownie with bear tracks and vanilla ice cream then topped with both chocolate and vanilla whipped cream and lil sprinkles.
Your Gram loves you to the moon and back!!

Chocolate fondant

Today I made chocolate flavored fondant.
It tastes like tootsie rolls, pretty good stuff!!
I used my crimper's to make a design on the side.. hmmmm not sure bout that idea.
Cake was yellow cake with white ganache filling, and butter cream covered.
And sprinkles and few of my gumpaste flowers I had made. Super rich cake!!

Today is Shayd's birthday she is 11 WOW where did the time go?
she gets chocolate cake with fudge filling white frosting with strawberry fondant yumm-o.
She doesn't know she has a cake since her party isn't till Saturday.
